Arielle Bair is an MSW, LSW, blogger, eating disorder support group leader, and widow. She is also a licensed Hospice Social Worker and adjunct instructor for the Marywood University Graduate School of Social Work at DeSales University. In addition to her MSW, Arielle has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and in Women’s Studies. Arielle has been active in the eating disorder recovery community for several years and her number one goal is to show others that recovery is possible. Hope is her favorite personal value. She writes on many topics including eating disorders, mental health, grief, loss, and women's issues.
Anne Baum is the Lehigh Valley executive and vice president, distribution channels & labor relations for Capital BlueCross.
Anne is active in the community and is a member of the boards and executive committees of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce (Past-Chair, Executive Committee & Board), Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, United Way (Campaign Chair, Executive Committee, Resource Development Committee, Board), Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority (Chair, Business & Capital Planning Committee), Girl Scouts of Eastern PA (1st Vice Chair Executive Committee), and Northampton Community College Foundation. She is the immediate past chair of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber Foundation and serves on the Lehigh University Health Systems Engineering Industry Advisory Council, the Downtown Allentown Community Development Initiative, and the Executive Committee for Building 21.
Ms. Baum also received the Lehigh Valley SUITS award in 2009, and was selected by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as Woman of the Year in 2010. She received the Girl Scout’s Take the Lead Award and the Chamber Woman’s Business Council ATHENA Award in 2013. In 2015, she was named as a Woman of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business. A native of Glenview, Illinois, Anne holds a BS in Biology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, IL and an MS in Health Systems Management from Rush University, Chicago, IL. She is certified by the Protocol School of Washington as a protocol and etiquette consultant.
Dr. Ann D. Bieber is the President of Lehigh Carbon Community College. She began her career at the College in 1981 and over the years held numerous positions including Senior Vice President of Administrative Services and Dean of Continuing Education. She is committed to enhancing, improving and fostering the college’s standing as one of the region's premier educational institutions. She has worked diligently to expand scholarship opportunities for students. Ann serves the community as a member of the Lehigh Valley Partnership Board, the Lehigh Valley Workforce Investment Board, the Manufacturers Resource Center Board of Directors, the DaVinci Science Center Board and Futuros Empresarios Foundation Board. Ann lives in Orefield with her husband, Matt and together they have two children, Natalie, a physician at Lehigh Valley Hospital Network, and Matthew, entrepreneur and venture capital executive.
Annarose Ingarra-Milch is a motivational speaker and author of the award winning novel “Lunch with Lucille”, an inspirational story with an empowering message all women need to hear – “You Are Your Best Asset, at Any Age.”
Annarose is also a serial entrepreneur, webcaster, community volunteer, adjunct instructor, and retired law enforcement officer. She is the founder and president of ROI Training & Consulting, LLC, a premier professional development and business management consulting firm. Her client base crosses industry sectors and ranges from coaching businesswomen to facilitating soft skills trainings for the US Navy.
Annarose’s web-series, “The People Chronicles – Storied Women” showcases local women who bravely share stories of how they shifted an adversity into an advantage. She is a mentor for a diverse group of female entrepreneurs and heads up a buy/sell local, entrepreneur-helping-entrepreneur team. She also serves on the board of directors of non-profit organizations and is a Stadium Commissioner for her city and its minor league baseball team. Originally from New York, Annarose is a WSJ Woman of Note and member of the International Speakers Network.
Deirdre Kamber Todd is a partner with the Kamber Law Group, P.C., a next-generation law firm located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Ms. Todd’s practice includes business law, employment law, wills, HIPAA, and social media law. She also provides pro bono legal services to the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition and supports survivors from 9/11. In addition to advocacy, Ms. Kamber Todd regularly provides education and training national audiences, live and online. Ms. Kamber Todd is an adjunct for DeSales University, Moravian College, and Park Avenue Presentations. She also serves as Litigation/Diversity Chair for SHRM Lehigh Valley, and as Boardmember for the GLVCC’s Public Policy Committee and Cedar Crest College’s Presidential Advisory Board. Her publication contributions include HIV and the AIDS Pandemic, NPR, SHRM, Bloomberg’s BusinessWeek, and HR Keystones. She has been recognized by Lawyers of Distinction in 2015, as one of the “Top Twenty under Forty” in the Lehigh Valley; she also has received a grant for her work on HIV/AIDS litigation with Harvard University and an ethics Award from the New York State Bar Association. In her spare time, she is a private pilot in training, collects and shares memorabilia from 9/11, and, with her husband, writes a spicy food blog.

Tina McGovern is an expert fundraiser and strategist, women empowerment and success coach as well as an international business scout showing women, specifically, how to create the life they've always dreamed of. With over 18 years in the fundraising industry, she founded Breaking Boundaries Consulting as a way to assist nonprofits break through boundaries that often hold their organization back. She also focuses on women entrepreneurs offering personal success coaching in the areas of mindset, goal-setting, and overall business and life strategy. Her latest business venture will be offering marketing, social media, website development and business strategy to women who want to start their own business but don't know where to begin. She has success in building teams via her network marketing opportunity and loves showing people solutions on how to be the best version of themselves. Tina is the type of person that embraces new opportunities and challenges and shows others how to do the same. While helping women succeed in business and life is a passion of hers, another is dog rescue. She adopted one of her fosters, a gorgeous Pitbull named Lady, has a 16 year old Jack Russell, and has been a foster mom to numerous other dogs, including one from Egypt.
Jennifer Perreault is the owner of a Private Counseling practice in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania specializing in women’s health (postpartum depression, infertility, menopause) and effective communication in families and small businesses. She is a graduate of Moravian College and Moravian Theological Seminary. She holds a Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling and her undergraduate degree in Psychology. For 13 years, Jennifer assisted new mothers with their emotions tied to postpartum depression at the Lehigh Valley Health Network. In addition to her private practice she is an Addictions Counselor at Mid Atlantic Rehab Service. She is a Military Veteran of the United State Coast Guard and was stationed at Governors Island, New York. Jennifer balances family life with three active boys, a dedicated husband, and a career. She is passionate about our mission in women finding a balance, as we take many roles throughout the day and life. She works to assist women in finding their inner strengths and capitalizing on their assets to build a rich fulfilling life spiritually, mentality and physically.
Joellen Reichenbach, CAS is the owner of Select Sales, in Allentown, PA which provides creative marketing solutions for companies throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond. She is known as the creative solutions provider and the people connector. She has achieved industry leader certification in the promotional products industry as a Certified Advertising Specialists (CAS). This specialized training gives her the expertise to deliver products and services in an innovative and cost-effective way to her clients. Joellen has been featured in “20 Under 40” – a salute to youthful achievers and an honoree of the Marcia L. Sayre Award for Community Service. She is deeply involved with local business groups, the Nazareth-Bath Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater LV Chamber of Commerce. She is a strong believer in giving back to her community and is the founder of the Lehigh Valley Nonprofit Awareness Expo and is on several nonprofit boards including The Chemo Bag, The Allentown Police Athletic League, Trustee of Celtic Cultural Alliance (the non-profit organization behind Celtic Classic). She holds a current committee seat for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lehigh Valley, Bowl For Kids Sake Event. She is the proud donor of the Freddy Awards for the State Theatre. Joellen’s goal is the success of every organization with whom she works. Dawn Rogers is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in New York City. She joined Pfizer in 1999 and has held positions with global responsibility in both the United States and Europe. Dawn has spent most of her human resources career in the pharmaceutical industry working for companies in Allentown, Boston, and Miami. She has a B.S. Degree from Moravian College and an M.S. from Lesley University. She volunteers with Project Sunshine, an organization that provides educational and recreational programs for chronically ill children in NYC hospitals and the NYC chapter of “Step Up” which offers mentoring and after school programs to at-risk girls and teens. Dawn and her husband, John, split their time between their home in Center Valley and an apartment in NYC. They have two sons, Christopher, a recent Rutgers graduate who resides in Chicago, and John, a sophomore at St. John’s University.
Laurie Stewart spent over thirty years in the petrochemical industry in various executive financial and commercial roles. Most recently, she was Vice President Energy and Materials for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Previously she was VP of Decision Support and VP / Corporate Treasurer. Prior to Air Products, Laurie was VP and Treasurer for Pennzoil-Quaker State Company and held various financial management roles at Marathon Oil Company. Her broad experience includes domestic and international tax, treasury, accounting, M&A, financial analysis, supply chain and commercial activities. Laurie has been honored for her work in diversity and community leadership. She is currently a Trustee of The Good Shepherd Hospital Network where she is a member of the Executive Committee and chairs the Finance Committee. Laurie has a BSBA in Finance and graduated from the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Carmen Toro began her career in the skin care and beauty industry as a beauty consultant for an international makeup and skin care company. She moved to the United States in 1998 and enrolled in cosmetology school and became an esthetician and make-up artist. Carmen then worked for twelve years as an esthetician and freelance makeup artist. She launched her own mineral makeup collection named Beauty Alibi in March 2012. A year after launching her product, she opened Beauty Alibi the salon which is located on W. Broad Street in Bethlehem offering facials, skin care, makeup, airbrush makeup, and waxing services for women and men. She also offers off-site makeup services. Carmen is passionate about supporting other women and helping all women to feel good about themselves.
