Our third annual Renewal Retreat was held on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Bell Gate Farm in Coopersburg, PA. The theme was self-love, how to cultivate self-appreciation, self-acceptance and self-compassion. ​ Highlights from the day included exercises to help us: * appreciate our strengths, accept our personal challenges, and love ourselves like a dear friend * connect to our inner light * encourage our younger selves to live life with love and joy ​ Each participant left the event with her own personal self-love supply kit, containing the tools they need to continue their self-love journey. As intended, you created a beautiful, safe and welcoming atmosphere for all of us. Taking time for ourselves can be hard, but I left with the renewal to be a better wife and mom and to continue to follow my path. The exercises were meaningful and helped to create a feeling of sisterhood among us all. Having hosted women's retreats, I know how it feels when you hit the mark and you definitely did just that!
